Hi there and welcome to our For Sale's site, launched in Feb 06, with some recently updated news.
We are an active and by now nearly semi retired couple (Rene,51yo, Julie, 46yo) living in paradise just south of the Queensland border in the picturesque seaside village of Ocean Shores in beautiful Northern New South Wales (See images below!).

17 Berrimbillah Court, Ocean Shores. We have withdrawn this fantastic property from sale. See further comments on the sub-page 17 Berrimbillah Ct from the Properties page.
18 Tongarra Drive, Ocean Shores. The first inspection in February ended in a
contract, plus there has been a second contract since with another 2-3 near
misses! We are positive that this fabulous property will find new owners soon!
The asking price has been reduced. For details please have a first look at the
property on this site.
Trendwest Timeshare:
We have not really had the time to push the sale of our timeshare and may
enjoy another holiday or two, but if anybody is interested in, it is available.
Motorhome:
SOLD! Our beautiful Motorhome has found new very happy owners and we
found new friends in Tasmania!
Furnishings:
18 Tongarra Dr is a very large property and we may just simply need
the lounges for the moment. They have therefore been withdrawn from sale. Other
surplus items will appear on this page shortly.
Outlook:
These pages will grow, specifically the last one, FURNISHINGS. It will ultimately become a near complete sell-out arena for our travel-wise non-essential stuff!
We will eventually start our journey of journey's once everything is arranged and we fully ready for it. ,
